  • 1 watermelon (6-7) lb.
  • Simple syrup
  • Half cup lime juice (from four limes)
  • Lime zest (from 2 limes)

Recipe

  1. Cut the watermelon into pieces of 2 inches by removing the seeds and skin
  2. Create an easy syrup by boiling 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 cup of water in a pot. Once boiled and then let it simmer for approximately 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Mix all the ingredients, with the exception of the melons, into the syrup. Allow it to cool.
  4. Then strain the mixture into a cup or bowl
  5. In two batches, mix the simple syrup mixture in your blender
  6. Also, work the watermelon in the blender in two batches.
  7. Put them in a pan and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  8. Serve the ice using a fork to break the ice into small pieces
  9. These can be transferred to the glass.

2. Strawberry-Lemon Punch

Strawberry-lemon punch can be a refreshing option for summer days. You can either prepare the drink in bulk or in small patches. You can chill this drink up to 8 hours prior to serving it.

Ingredients

  • Concentrate frozen pink lemonade (1 pack)
  • Ripe strawberries
  • Coldwater ( 6 1/4 cups)
  • Ginger ale (1 quarter)
  • Whole strawberries

Recipe

  1. Pour the hulled strawberries, and 1 cup of water and mix the concentrate of lemonade in a blender. Process until you have an emulsified liquid
  2. The mixture must be transferred to the punch bowl
  3. Pour the remaining 1 1/4 cup of water into the bowl and stir it
  4. Add ginger ale and gradually mix.

  4. Mix the sugar until completely dissolves.
  5. Allow it to cool, then remove the thyme sprigs out of the mix.
  6. Allow the syrup to cool before adding lemon juice.

  8. Serve your sparkling thyme lemonade over ice (with Bourbon, if you are using)

4. Summer Party Punch

  • Star Anise (1)
  • Caster sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Water (1/3 cup).
  • Pineapple juice (2 cups)
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • Raspberries (125g)
  • Blueberries (120 grams)
  • Green grapes with seeds that are halved (100 grams)
  • Red grapes halved with seedless (100 grams)
  • Peeled and sliced mango (1)
  • Kiwi wedges, derived from two kiwi fruits are cut and peeled.
  • 1 small apple, sliced into slices
  • Fresh mint springs (1/2 cup)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Lemon slices (for consumption)

Recipe

  1. Place 1/2 cup sugar in a small pot. Add 1/3 cup of water.
  2. Stir in medium-high heat until the sugar fully disintegrates (should not take more than three minutes)
  3. Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Include it with sparkling mineral water and pineapple juice
